IN-STORE PICKUP?

After your order is placed, we will email you when the order is ready to be picked up at the requested location. Please do not come to the store before you receive the email because your order will NOT be ready. 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT? 

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Paypal.  

We do NOT accept Discover or any credit cards from outside the USA

DO YOU HAVE FREE SHIPPING?

We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $200

DOES PEDIGREE SKI SHOP SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the U.S.

No, we do not price match

WHY HASN'T MY ORDER BEEN PROCESSED YET?

If we encounter any problems with your order, we will put the order on hold.  The most common problems relate to the billing and shipping addresses. If a problem arises, we will try and contact you immediately.  If, after several attempts we are unable to reach you, your order will be cancelled and you will receive an email.  A new order can always be placed with the correct information.
